You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Products (including booster boxes, decks, accessories, and digital add-ons) may be offered for purchase or pre-order through our store. Prices, availability, and shipping estimates can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or inventory errors. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout where applicable. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.
Pre-ordered items are charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Estimated release dates are provided for convenience and may change due to manufacturing or logistics constraints. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Returns are accepted for unopened physical products within the posted return window; certain items (e.g., digital codes) may be non-refundable once delivered.
When participating in tournaments, league play, or community events, you agree to follow all posted rules, card legality lists, and codes of conduct. Cheating, harassment, discrimination, and other disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification, suspension, or permanent account bans. Judges and event staff have final authority on in-event rulings to ensure fair play.
All content in the game and on our Services—including artwork, card frames, rules text, trademarks, and logos—is owned by NecroGenesis Games LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Fan content is welcome so long as it is non-commercial, clearly unofficial, and follows our community guidelines.
You may be able to post or upload content (e.g., deck lists, comments, images). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services and community promotion. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or laws.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will NecroGenesis Games LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable product or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective date,” and, where required, we will notify you through additional channels. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
